I first received my Bachelors in Social Work from Southeast MO University in 2010. I have been working mental health since receiving my Bachelors Degree. I went on to get my Masters in Social Work from the University of MO-St. Louis in 2014. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and parenting. I love to help individuals gain skills and heal from past wounds to grow into the person they want to be.
